A good way to find a new builder to work on your home construction project is to check out their past work and reviews before you bite the bullet and book them. There are lots of review websites online which can give you an idea of the quality of work you could expect from that particular building company. Google is a good place to start, with business pages often listing reviews based on stars out of five.

Many people who go on to review companies are often either very happy with the service, or very cross. Bear this in mind when you are reading reviews, as lots of the time it is not the average person who is reviewing – there is often something great which has happened, or something terrible which has prompted the review in the first place!
